2. Produce Process: 
Make the synthetic leather with 3D design in the mold, inject liquid A and B PU materials in. There is chemical reaction and start bubbling to become soft foam. During the reaction, the foam will be sticky to catch the leather surface strongly. Then cover another leather on the back for water and moisture proof. After few minutes, the 3D leather panel is made. Because there is no glue in the whole process, it's a ONE BODY with healthy & long life products.

What's the differences between Mold-made and TANGRAM.
 

1. Mold-made is made through high pressure and temperature. lt's to melt the leather to give a new texture. Itchanges the original quality of the leather, and will be fragile during weather change. To avoid this problem,our panels are made 100% by hand. We promise 10 years, but it's no problem for 20 years.

 2.TANGRAM is pursuing a concept of puzzle, with unlimited designs. There are regular and irregular shapes,thick and thin thickness, also colorful mosaics. It's a big family with many different styles, which is not possiblefor mold-made.

3.There is PVC board on the back of the mold-made. When it bend and deform, itll be dffiult during installation. That's why the mold-made can't produce the size bigger than 40X40cm. But TANGRAM can make bigger sizes like 60X60cm or 60X240cm. That's because we also use faux leather on the back, which makes the whole body soft Then, it can be used for round or sharp corners without connection joint.

4.TANGRAM has another important feature of Sound Proof. lt's built up by thick and high density PU foam,which can prevent hitting too. TANGRM has done many projects for KTV, Home Theatre, Night Club, Hotel Bedhead, Kindergarten and Baby Center, etc.

 It's pretty easy. We have 2 installation method :
 1-Choose the panel with 3M tape on the back Just peel off and stick That's done!
 2-Apply the silicon mix with hot melt glue on the back and stick to the wall. No need backboard wood even the concrete Wall .
